Josephine Schrott,
Analyst, Community Energy

As an Analyst for Ecotrust Canada’s Community Energy Initiative, Josephine works towards policies enabling energy efficiency, decarbonization, and resilience in rural, remote, and Indigenous communities, while leading retrofit programming and financing projects in coastal BC communities.

She has over seven years of experience working towards equitable, sustainable, and vibrant communities, using her skills in research, project management, and operations. Josephine completed a Master’s degree in Comparative Law, Economics, and Finance at the International University College of Turin in Italy, and a BA in International Relations at UBC.
