Nathan Randall

Project Manager, North Coast Innovation Lab

Nathan Randall brings a variety of experiences and perspectives to Ecotrust Canada’s Skeena team. A native of Guelph, Ontario, he received a Bachelor of International Business degree from Carleton University in Ottawa. Nathan was a participant in the Aga Khan Foundation of Canada’s 2015-16 International Youth Fellowship Program, where he co-developed and piloted innovative financial inclusion programs in rural East African communities and banking institutions. In 2017, Nathan spent four months volunteering at the Northern Farm Training Institute in Hay River, Northwest Territories, where he studied the realities and innovative methods behind community-led food security in Northern Canada. He has a passion for sustainable economic development, social entrepreneurship, and collaborating across cultures and sectors to foster community-led development solutions.

In his spare time Nathan enjoys outdoor exploration and photography, playing guitar, and reading. As a new resident of Prince Rupert, he is eager to integrate into, and learn from, the cultures and communities of British Columbia’s North Coast.
