Dale Robinson is based in Kitamaat Village in the Haisla Nation. Dale is part Haisla and part Heiltsuk. He first worked for Ecotrust Canada on the electronic monitoring project in fisheries from 2011 to 2015 and has a deep understanding of the system. In 2021, he joined the team again as a Data Analyst, supporting the North Coast Fisheries Monitoring Program, sharing his skills in programming, mapping, and video analysis.
In his bio photo, Dale is holding a Sasquatch mask that his father was unable to finish before he passed away. A Sasquatch was spotted only two miles from the village where he lives.
