Quinn Barabash,
Program Manager, Community Based Fisheries Monitoring in Haida Gwaii

Quinn Barabash has more than 15 years of experience in the fisheries sector, having worked with First Nations communities, NGOs, Fisheries and Oceans Canada, and as a commercial fisherman. Recently, he earned a Master’s degree in Governance and Entrepreneurship in northern and Indigenous areas, where his research explored community engagement with North Coast Nations around policy change.

Quinn is known for his grounded, collaborative approach to program management and relationship-building. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, and enjoying the great outdoors.
