Andy Rowe,
Director

For over thirty years, Andy Rowe has worked as an economist and evaluation consultant. His evaluation work focuses on sustainable development, natural resource management, and dispute resolution settings. He has a PhD from the London School of Economics and is a 2013 Fellow and former President of the Canadian Evaluation Society and an associate editor of the journal Evaluation and Program Planning.

He has published several articles and book chapters on evaluation and sustainable development, has developed new methods for evaluating sustainable development, and, with Kai Lee of the Packard Foundation, a grantmaking strategy for use-inspired science research.
